Welcome to Cylch ti a fi - a Welsh Mother and Toddler group, or as we now prefer to call it, a Welsh Parent and Toddler group. This website give information about Cylch ti a fi groups in Torfaen, South Wales. We have groups in Blaenavon, Garndiffaith, Pontypwl (Pontypool) and Trefethin.
